A visual thinker with a neurospicy brain, Jenna enjoys helping writers uncover the hidden threads in their stories that will deepen and enhance the plot, flesh out characters, and create an immersive reading experience. She teaches the craft of writing in various settings, including writing workshops in schools, museums, and hospitals through a partnership with Writers in the Schools.  Her work has been featured in places like Once Upon a Book Club and The Texas Poetry Calendar.

Jenna’s specialties are picture books, graphic novels, nonfiction essays, and poetry. She’s a visual thinker with a neurospicy brain that delights in finding connections and fixing inconsistencies. Jenna enjoys brainstorming with writers to help them uncover the hidden threads in their stories that will deepen and enhance the plot, flesh out characters, and create an immersive reading experience. Her goal is to help authors align the story in their head with the one that appears on the page.

Jenna offers manuscript consultation services, developmental editing with line edits and an editorial letter; copyediting and proofreading; and query letter review.
